ABOUT US

Born and raised in Stralsund, my partner took me to the capital city of Berlin in 2004. After a few years on the mainland, I realized that my place is by the water — in 2010 I returned exactly there. Seafaring runs in my family, and when I was given the opportunity to switch to the offshore wind industry, I was able to find my own, even slightly different, way into seafaring.

For more than ten years in the offshore wind industry, I have been supporting projects from the construction phase to operational service — with a particular focus on marine coordination, works management, and site‑related processes. After various responsible positions with service providers of the industry, I founded my own company, Baltic Consult, in 2024 - to contribute my expertise in a flexible and project‑oriented way.

I stand for structured planning, clear communication, and smooth processes between onshore and offshore. Because of my work in major offshore projects such as EnBW Baltic 2, Iberdrola Wikinger, EnBW Hohe See & Albatros, as well as 50Hertz Ostwind 2 and Ostwind 3, I know the requirements of complex structures and workflows that projects this size demand first‑hand.

Through the combination of a business‑oriented education and many years of operational offshore experience, I add exactly the mix of organizational talent, technical understanding, and hands‑on mentality that challenging projects require. I work solution‑oriented, forward‑thinking, and always with the overall goal in mind: to lead projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule to success.

The offshore wind industry is a teamplay. It needs good co-operation and an advanced level of cross-ressource knowledge to make a project a success.
